We are a healthcare staffing solutions company that provides nurses and allied healthcare professionals to hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. Automation and technology are fantastic. Vital, right? But honestly, it is the people who can make the biggest difference in good vs great. We love our people, and you will too! Our employees are W-2, not 1099. This gives us the ability to manage them and reduce liability, and misclassification lawsuits you could get from 1099 staff.

Since we only employ W-2 staff we can handle payroll, liability insurance, workers compensation, and other related expenses.

We're proud to be audited by the Joint Commission, and we've never once had a negative audit. Our employees go through a 3 part interview and onboarding process before they are hired. Since we're W-2, we have the ability to manage all of our staff if an issue arises.
